    Some people start working with a coach for a specific goal, but often part of coaching involves defining goals.

    While coaching principles share the same foundations, the experience will be tailored toward your personal goals and honor your individual needs.

  • You may seek coaching for support in achieving clear, tangible goals such as starting a business, dating confidently, running a marathon, or writing a book.

    Alternatively, you might seek coaching to define your goals, find direction, and ignite change when you feel lost or discontent.

  • As your coach, I'll ease the burden of starting your journey on your own.

    We'll reflect on your life, seeking resonance and clarity. Tailored exercises will link values, strengths, and goals, and aid in overcoming self-limiting beliefs.

    Homework will involve self-reflection and optional journaling or accountability practices.

    Together, we'll celebrate progress, adapt as needed, and build strategies for lasting fulfillment.
